VET FEE HELP
Before you generate the report,
you will have to understand that there are certain initial setups to be done.
To understand this, follow the instructions below:

Before logging in to RTOmanager system make sure that you have
super admin (sadmin) role for your userId.
�
Go to RTOmanager Setup page (Admin>RTOmanager Setup) and
update the following information as shown in figure 1.

VET FEE HELP information for Student and Generate CHESSN

Click Student Tab and search the student of your interest by
First Name, Last Name or other search parameters as in figure below:

Go to the student profile page by clicking the icon �as
indicated by the red arrow which is shown above in figure 2.

To enter VET FEE HELP details for the Student, click icon
in in figure 3. You will to the page as in figure 4.

Enter all relevant information of the student.

CHESSN Number (if available enter or just leave blank)
�
Finally click in
figure 4. You will receive a confirmation message like the one below in figure
5

Once information is added, you then will be able to Generate
CHESSN number for the student using the CHESSN icon on the top right
corner.
Note: If you
have not set up the VFH credentials parameters then the following message will
show
If generated successfully, the system will show the message
that the CHESSN Number has been generated successfully.

You can also View the Entitlement for the Student by clicking the
Entitlement icon after generating the CHESSN number.
Course
related VET FEE HELP information
�
Once the Student VET FEE HELP record is added and CHESSN number
is generated, then you can update Course related information from the bottom
section of the same page (figure 7).

Enter all the relevant details in figure 7 and click.

Once you have added all the details in figure 6, the system will
display the following message:

There will be another option visible to export the VFH file for
this particular student as in figure 8.

Select Reporting Year/Period

Select the Submission Type by clicking on the checkbox.

Click Export Files
