From this menu you can assign target for
your staff to count on performance of your staff and the business as a whole.
Assigning a target of 20 to any of your staff means that, that staff is
supposed to enroll (bring) 20 new participants to the college. To understand
and work on monthly target, follow the instructions below:
18.4.1 Click CRM>Monthly Target as in figure 18.4a. You will go to the Manage and Set-Up Monthly
Target page as shown in figure below.

18.4.2� Click icon as indicated by red arrow in figure 18.4a. You will go to the
page as shown in figure 18.4b.

Note: In figure 18.4b, Sale Target means the dollar target value where as
Head count target means the number of target clients.
18.4.3 When you are done, click  in figure 18.4b.
Tips: You can delete
or edit the monthly target by simply clicking  �or  icon in figure 18.4b.
