From this menu you will add new course, edit existing
course, delete course, add subject to the course, view offer letters, approve
offer letters, download offer letters. To do these follow, the instructions
below:
9.4.2.1 You
can go to the student course section by clicking �icon on
the Student profile page.

Profile section as shown by red boxed area displays the

�icon as shown
in figure above. You will go to the Student Course Information page as
shown in figure 9.4.2b.

9.4.2.3 Click �icon in
figure above to edit Diploma of Business. You will go to the page as in
figure 9.4.2c.

9.4.1.2 After changing
any information click in
figure 9.4.2c. A message confirms that your changes have been updated
successfully as shown in figure 9.4.2d.

You can also go to the �Offer Document Checklist� by
clicking �icon as shown in figure
9.4.2d.
Once you click this icon you will be taken to the page as
seen below in figure 9.4.2e. This allows you to tick off, approve and add
comments for documents. You can also upload on the students behalf documents if
they provided them after they have applied/enrolled in the college or have only
provided them as a hard copy and not as a digital copy e.g. drivers license �
simply scan the drivers license and you can upload the file/document in this
section for recording keeping. (This section must be setup in the 4.1.6.1
section: �Admin>RTOmanager Setup>Offer Document Checklist)
