From this menu you can disable the agent temporarily or
permanently as required. To do this, follow the instructions below:
11.1.3.1 Once
you have logged in to RTOmanager, click marketing on the main menu. By
default you will go to the page where you will see list of agents as shown in
figure 11.1.3a.

11.1.3.2 To
disable/terminate the agent, find the agent of your interest. Example: Simply
click icon. A pop up box will then
prompt you to disable/terminate the agent as shown in figure 11.1.3b.

Click Disable/Terminate. Example: Disable as per your need. The agent�s
status will change to Inactive as shown in figure 11.1.3c.

11.1.3.4 To make the agent active again, simply click icon and follow the on screen
prompt.
