4.1.17 Checklist Setup
From this menu you can create a check list for the offers.
Once you create the check list, the check list will appear in the offer manage
section ().
The user will have the option to check and uncheck the Check List section and
confirm whether the documents are obtained from the students or not.� To
understand this, follow the instructions below:
4.1.17.1����� Click
Admin>RTOmanager Setup>Offer Checklist Setup as shown in figure 4.1.17a.
You will go the page as shown in figure 4.1.17b.

4.1.17.2����� Enter the check List name and Description in
figure 4.1.17b. Figure 4.1.17b should now appear as shown in figure 4.1.17c
once you click on Add. You can also choose whether to have this
checklist mandatory by selecting Yes or No & where you would
like to use this checklist for e.g. for offer, student or payment.

Recently added check list will appear in the list as shown in figure 4.1.17d.

4.1.17.4����� Now
to check/uncheck recently added check list (Passport) in the offer section,
click Offer on the main menu as shown in figure 4.1.17e.

4.1.17.5����� Find
the student who�s Check List you want to confirm and click �as
shown in figure 4.1.17e. Offer Check List window pops on the screen as shown in
figure 4.1.17f.

4.1.17.6����� Once
you have selected your option in the check list click.
Note: You
can edit/delete the check list by clicking/icons
as shown below in figure 4.1.17g. Once you click the edit �icon you will be able to only edit weather to
have this checklist mandatory or not, description and checklist for, only these
3 fields are editable. Once changes are made you can click on Update.
