From this menu you will record scholarship obtained by the
student from the college. Scholarship amounts are essentially the amount that
are waived or extended to the student based on college policies or procedures.
To do this, follow the instructions below:

to the Student payment summary page for desired student as shown in
figure 14.1.13a.

Click Student Scholarship link marked in red as shown in figure
14.1.13a. You will go to student scholarship page as shown in figure
14.1.13b.

Enter all the details of the scholarship obtained by the student for e.g.
Scholarship Date, Scholarship amount as shown in figure 14.1.13b.

After entering all the details, click. Student
scholarship will be added and will be displayed as shown in figure
14.1.13c.

Note: To
edit/delete scholarship information click / in
figure 14.1.13c. Remember that this scholarship amount is credited while
receiving tuition fees from the student. This means the student will only pay
the difference of the tuition fee and the actual fee.
14.1.13.5 Once you have added a Student Scholarship
we will now explain how to use this scholarship. You will need to return back
to the �Students Payment Summary Page� by simply clicking on the
�Summary� link from the right hand side menus as shown below in figure 14.1.13d.

depending if the students has more than one course, you may need to select the
correct �courses enrolled� from the drop down menu as highlighted in the
red box shown below in figure 14.1.13e. Then simply click the �Pay Schedule
Fee� �icon which is
indicated below by the red arrow. A new window will pop up as shown in figure
14.1.13f

14.1.13.6 As you can see above in figure 14.1.13f you will
need to tick the checkbox for �Use scholaship (Available : AU$2600)�.
Simply enter the use amount you would like to use from the scholarship funds.
Then click on �Process Transaction�. You will then receive a message
saying Combine payment is processed successfully.
