18.1 CRM Home
From this menu you can search activities
related with leads by selecting different filter criteria as below. To
understand this, follow the instructions below:
18.1.1��� Click CRM on the main menu as shown in figure
below. You will go to the CRM Home page as in figure below.

18.1.2��� Select Date Range, Search Activity By and
Completed filter criteria in figure 18.1a. After selection figure 18.1a
should now appear as shown in figure 18.1b.

18.1.3��� Finally click  in
figure 18.1b. All the activities covering the above criteria will be displayed
as shown in figure 18.1c.

Note: You can
update/change any activity by clicking  icon (for leads) marked by red arrow and  icon (for Contacts) marked by blue arrow as shown above in figure
18.1c.
