From this menu you can you can manage all other college
materials other than course material. You can rename file folders, delete file
folders and upload and download college materials like adverts, college forms,
fees structure, memos, staff files. This page allows you to upload or download
files in relevant section. To do this, follow the instructions below:

Click Admin>Manage College Materials as shown in figure 4.2a.

Click any folder. Example: Staff Files folder in figure 4.2b to
upload college materials in this folder.� You will go to the page as shown in
figure 4.2c.

Click on Browse to locate the file on your computer/network drive
as shown in figure 4.2c.

Finally click. Your recently
uploaded documents (course related) will appear as shown in figure 4.2d

�You can also create folders/Subfolders to properly manage
files related to different groups like student folder for student related
files, agent folder for agent related files, staff folder for staff related
files. You can select particular folder and then upload the files inside that
folder.
