9.4.19.2 Traineeship Assessment
From this menu you can record student�s assessment (results)
outcome. To do this, follow the instructions below:
9.4.19.2.1����� Click Students on the main menu as shown in
figure 9.4.19.2a.

9.4.19.2.2����� Find
the participant whose activity log is to be recorded. To do this, select the
student�s criteria as shown in figure 9.4.19.2a and click. List of
participant will be displayed as shown in figure 9.4.19.2b.
Tips: You can search student
by different criteria for e.g. course, course offer intake, Course start date,
employer, first name, last name etc.

9.4.19.2.3����� Select
the student of your choice by clicking in figure
9.4.19.2b to go to the student profile page as shown in figure 9.4.19.2c.

in figure
9.1.13.2c. You will go to Student Training Plan page as shown in figure
9.4.19.2d.

9.4.19.2.5����� Click
icon as shown by
blue arrow for the required module and unit as shown in figure 9.4.19.2d. A new
window for Traineeship Unit Assessment will appear on the screen as
shown in figure 9.4.19.2e.

9.4.19.2.6����� Enter/select
marks achieved and assessment competency in figure 9.4.19.2e and click. Figure 9.4.19.2e
should now appear as shown in figure 9.4.19.2f.
Note: In figure 9.4.19.2e
there is no tasks assigned to the module. Therefore, first you will have to
create a task and then assign competency/marks as explained in steps ahead.
9.4.19.2.7����� Enter
the task name, Unit, description, due date & time etc. in figure 9.4.19.2e
and click icon to add the task. See figure 9.4.19.2f.

9.4.19.2.8����� Now,
select the task (assignment1 by ticking the check box), assessment competency,
enter comments if any and click icon to record the assessment. See figure 9.4.19.2g.
This �icon as shown
above in figure 9.4.19.2f allows you to view Assessments submitted by
the student.
This �icon simply
deletes the task which you have added.

Note: In the above figure you have just added
competency for the task assignment1 as shown by blue arrow.
9.4.19.2.9����� You
can then lock the tasks (assignment1) by ticking the check box in figure
9.4.19.2g and clicking.
After locking the task, figure should now appear as shown in figure 9.4.19.2h.
Remember: Once you lock the task only supervisor
in the hierarchy will be able to unlock the task. It is also important to note
that results can only be transferred to the final results if the tasks are
locked.

9.4.19.2.10��� Select
the task and click �to confirm the final result. A pop up window
appears on the screen as shown in figure 9.4.19.2i.

9.4.19.2.11��������� Finally
click to finalise the results. The results will be finalised and
you will see message in green as shown in figure 9.4.19.2j. Similarly you can
add assessments to as many modules as you want.
