From this menu you can disable and enable
accounts of students based on certain selected criteria. For instance it might
be a tedious task to disable accounts of 50-60 students who has completed their
course. In a normal process, you will have to go to individual students profile
and disable the account. But from this menu you can disable multiple students�
access based on certain criteria chosen as explained below:
6.3.1 Once you have logged in to RTOmanager, however your
mouse over Users main menu and click Bulk Student Account Management as
shown in figure 6.3a. You will go to the Bulk Student Account Management
page as shown in figure 6.3b.

6.3.2 To disable the accounts of all students who have completed the
course, select as shown in figure 6.3b.
6.3.3 Select course type of the students. Example: All from
the drop down menu as shown in figure 6.3b.
6.3.4 Select course from the drop down menu. Example: Certificate
IV in business Management as shown in figure 6.3b.
6.3.5 Select student status from the drop down menu. Example:
Other options are completed, current students, enrolled, finished and new
application requests.
6.3.6 Select student course finish status radio button for
e.g. �as shown in figure 6.3b.
6.3.7 Click to view student�s list as per above selected criteria in figure 6.3b.
6.3.8 Select the student from the list whose account you want to
disable by ticking the check box as shown in figure 6.3b.
6.3.9 Finally click in figure 6.4b. The selected student�s accounted will be disabled as
shown in figure 6.3c.

Please note that icon marked
in red box in figure 6.3c indicates that the selected student�s accounts are
disabled. Similarly, you can also enable the disabled account by selecting in figure
6.3c.
