The template is defined for a particular course as how the
course will be delivered to the student in terms of time period and priority?
To do this, follow the instructions below:
7.9.1 Hover the mouse pointer on the Course menu and
click Training Plan Template as shown in figure 7.9a. You will go to Manage
Template page as shown in figure 7.9b.

7.9.2����� Select/enter
the course and the template name that you want to create in figure 7.9b. After
selection, figure 7.9b should now appear as shown below in figure 7.9c.

Finally click. Training plan
template will be created as shown in figure 7.9d.

link in figure 7.9d
to expand the templates that you have just created (Figure 7.9e).

Select the module by ticking the check box and enter the priority number,
Days difference and Unit Delivery Days in figure 7.9e as per your
training plan. After entering, figure 7.9e should now appear as shown in figure
7.9f.
Explanation: Priority
refers to the module and Unit to be
delivered in sequence in the training plan. Days Difference refers to
the number of days that the student is supposed to start the unit after the
course start date. Unit Delivery Days refers to the total number of days
the unit will be delivered.

Finally click icon in figure 7.9f
to save the template as shown by red arrow. You will see the message in green as
shown in figure 7.9g.

You can also delete the inserted plans by selecting and
clicking icon shown by red
arrow in figure 7.9g. You can also delete the whole template (Template1) by
clicking icon shown by blue
arrow.
You can also update the template such as the Priority,
Days Difference, Unit Delivery days as seen below in figure 7.9h. once
changes are entered simply click the green tick icon
to update.

template for any particular module/unit as explained above previously in 7.9.6
