Home page is the initial screen
you see after you log in to the system where there are altogether 15 main tabs
(menu): Home, View Doc, Admin, Staff, Users, Courses, Timetable, Teacher,
Offers, Student, Compliance, �Marketing, CRM, Accounts & Reports
sequentially. From here you can navigate to any page by clicking on any menu as
per your role and permissions linked to your user account. The icons on the
left hand side in figure 2a are shortcut icons to accessible quickly some of
the functionality of system rather than going through the menus.
On the top right hand side of the
Home page in Figure 2a, and above the menus, there are two icons: Logout and
Help. �You can access the online help file
any time by clicking icon.
The Help icon is a user manual guide which will assist you on how to operate
the software entirely.
On the right hand side and middle
section of the page are News & Reminders. News & Reminders will help
you to know the latest news published and things that you should remember.
To Do List marked by red circle
in figure 2a will keep track of list of jobs to be done so that you meet your
dead line.
Besides, there are 12 icons at
the left hand side of the page as in figure 2a which are short cut to access
some of the functionality of the system rather than going through the menus.
Each of them is briefly explained below:
Manage Profile icon will help you
to manage your profile details like email address, country, residential
address, phone, mobile etc.
You can manage your college
administrative documents like documents related to students, teachers, staff,
policies and procedures, academic notices, memos etc.
You can give and revoke access
for course materials to students/teachers, rename file folders, delete file
folders and upload course materials.
From this menu you will activate
your course online.
You will generate various kinds
of predefined reports by category for e.g. reports for Accounts, Application,
Marketing, Student Services etc. Reports simply made easy and handy.
You will generate (export) NAT
text files for AVETMISS Reporting.
VSN Stands for Victoria Student
Number. You can search VSN student and generate VSN notification.
AQTF stands for Australian
Quality Training Frame work. You will view and export AQTF related reports from
this menu for e.g. Organisation details, qualification activity, units and
modules activity etc.
CQR stands for Client
Qualifications Register. From this menu you can generate CQR report for Western
Australia (WA) only and also able to export it to excel file.
To Do List allows you to keep
track of all your jobs to do and helps you to meet your dead line. This means
you will not forget your task list any more.
By clicking Support icon you will
have access to our helpdesk where you can expect the answer of your queries
within 24 hours.
By clicking this icon will take
you to the page to generate report for VET FEE HELP. To understand this, follow
the instructions below:

Log in to RTOmanager and click icon as in figure 1.

Select the reporting year & period in figure 2. You
can also select which Submission Type to include by clicking the
checkbox, once the above information is selected click. This will show the entire
VET FEE HELP students ready for reporting for the period as shown below in
figure 3.

Note:
You can expand the Unit of Competency Enrolment to view the unit details
for each student if required by clicking on the Unit Info in figure 3.

Select the students to export the VFH reporting data as per your
choice as shown above in figure 3.

Once selected, click as shown highlighted red in figure 3 to
start exporting. The VET FEE HELP data will be generated in ZIP file as in
figure 4.

Open or extract the zip file as in figure 5.

Note: Once the
data is extracted then it can be imported to HEPCat software for reporting
purpose. HEPCat is standalone software which is actually used to transfer the
data generated from RTOmanger to the Government
