10.4.5 Invite Student to Submit Survey
From this menu, once the survey is created, you can invite
students to complete the survey. To do this, follow the instructions below:

Hover your mouse on Communication main menu and click Survey
Management in figure 10.4.5a. You will go to the page as in figure 2.

In figure 10.4.5b, select Form type as Evaluation and Form
Name as Evaluation-Employer Questionnaire and observe that icon
appears at top right hand side of the page as in figure 10.4.5c.
Tip: The �Send
Request� icon may not be visible to all Form Type & Form Name
surveys.

Click icon
which will open up a new window as in 10.4.5d.

In figure 10.4.5d, you can invite students by selecting different
criteria for e.g. by class, course etc. Just for an e.g. Select Search
Student by as Course in figure 10.4.5d. Figure 10.4.5d should now
appear as in figure 10.4.5e.

Simply enter/select the information above then click on view. You
will have two sections, the one marked in red box are the students based from
which class you have selected. The second section which is marked in blue box
are the students who have already received the survey but you can also send
them another request/invite.

Simply tick the checkbox for the students whom you wish to
invite/send request to then click on .

Or click on �for
the already invited students. You should see a green tick icon under status
next to the students whom you have selected as seen below in figure 10.4.5f
