This section is to manage the courses offered by the
institutions. You can add, edit and delete your college courses from this menu.
7.1.1
Once you have logged in to RTOmanager, click Courses as shown in
figure 7.1a. By default, list of all courses appears as shown in figure 7.1a

To add new courses, click �icon as
shown above in figure 7.1a. You will go to the page as shown in figure 7.1b.

Enter/select NTIS Course Code marked in red box in figure 7.1b
and click. All the information
related to NTIS course code is automatically selected and filled in
their respective fields as shown above in figure 7.1b.

Now, Enter/select Cricos Code, �total course nominal hours, maximum
weekly study hours, course type, course duration, tuition Fee, qualification
prerequisite, faculty, department, major, activated now, has super course
and has work placement as shown in figure 7.1b.

NTIS Course Code refers to the code that is
identified with National Training Information Service (NTIS) training package
code. NTIS is the official national register of information on Training
Packages, Qualifications, Courses, Units of competency and RTOs. CRICOS Code
is the code given by Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for
Overseas Students (CRICOS) to RTO after registration.

Finally click as shown above in figure 7.1b. You will receive a
confirmation message in green and your recently added course will appear as
shown in figure 7.1d.

To edit/delete the existing courses, first of all find the
course and then click / as shown in figure 7.1d. The

View Course Structure icon which is highlighted in a blue box above in figure
7.1d allows you to see the subjects & units that have been added to this
course as seen below in figure 7.1e. We will explain further on in 7.2 &
7.4 sections on how to add subjects and units once you added a new course
or existing course.

You can also Export the course structure into an
Excel format if you wish by simply clicking on the
icon as seen above in figure 7.1e.
You are also able to only view active, inactive or All
courses from the main page when clicking on Courses Tab as seen
below in figure 7.1f. This allows you to filter which courses you would like to
show up in the course list whether to edit, delete, inactive a course and or
reactive a course etc. etc.
