To add staff, follow the instructions below:
5.1.1����� Click Staff>Add Staff as shown in
figure 5.1a.

Enter all the staff details. Example: Personal Information, Employment
Information, Staff Role and System Access Information. In figure
5.1a which should now appear as shown in figure 5.1b.

Information Security question and answer will help you to recover your
password in case you forget your password.

Finally click . User name and password will
automatically be mailed to the user�s email address. A confirmation message in
green also confirms that the user name has been created successfully as shown
by arrow 11 in figure 5.1c
