18.2.3 Bulk SMS Sending

From this menu you can send bulk SMS to more than one leads in a single click. To do this, follow the instructions below:

18.2.3.1 Click CRM>Leads Home. By default list of all existing leads will be displayed as shown in figure 18.2.3a

18.2.3.2�� Select the leads to whom you want to send email by ticking the check box as shown in Figure 18.2.2a.

18.2.3.3�� After selecting your desired leads, click icon as indicated by red box in figure 18.2.3a. You will go to the mail sending page as shown in figure 18.2.3b

18.2.3.3�� Select SMS template if there is any setup (This will auto populate the SMS text message), if however you would like to enter simply type in the field as shown above in figure 18.2.3c

Note: You can also see how many characters you have left for 1 message charge as indicated by the blue arrow in above figure 18.2.3c.

18.2.3.4 Once you are satisfied with the SMS text simply click on the button.
