Security question and answer will help you to
recover/remember your password in case you forget your password.� It is
important to keep your security question and answer safe, secure and simple. To
reset your security question and answer, follow the instructions below:

Once you have logged in to RTOmanager, click Home>Change Password as
shown in figure 2.3a

Enter your current password, security question and security answer as
shown within red boxed area in figure 2.3a.

Finally click .
Security question and answer will be reset and the confirmation message  will
be displayed as shown in figure 2.3b
