4.1.16 Setup Sections
From this menu you will have access to set up different
sections information for e.g. in case of communication log/diary, you can
create your own values for its types. To make it more clean and
understandable, follow the instructions below:
4.1.16.1����� Click
Admin>RTOmanager Setup>Setup Sections as shown in figure 4.1.16a. You
will go the page as shown in figure 4.1.16b.

4.1.16.2����� Select
required section and, Type to setup in figure 4.1.16b. (For e.g.
if we assume section as Diary and Type as Status then you can
create your own value for these combination (Diary+Status) for e.g. Closed.)

4.1.16.3����� Type
your value Closed as shown in figure 4.1.16c and click .
For Section Diary and Type Status Value Closed will be
created as shown in figure 4.1.16d. You can also delete a section by clicking
on the  �icon.

Tips: Now when you go
to Communication>communication log/Diary and browse the Status
dropdown menu, you will see the value Closed available which, you have
just created in the above steps. Similarly you can create values for other
sections as well.
