9.4.20 VET FEE Help
From this menu you will enter VET FEE Help information of
the student if any. VET FEE Help is a loan Scheme for the Vocation Education
and Training Sector (VET) that is a part of The Higher Education Loan Program
(HELP). VET FEE Help assists eligible student undertaking certain VET courses
with an approved VET Provider, to pay for all or part of their tuition cost. To
record VET FEE Help information, follow the instructions below:
9.4.20.1����� Click
Student on the main menu and find the student of your interest to enter
VET FEE Help information as shown in figure 9.4.20a.

the name of your student of interest as shown in figure 9.4.20a and click .
The student of your interest will be filtered and displayed as shown in figure
9.4.20b.

in figure 9.4.20b to go to Student Profile page.

in figure 9.4.20c to go to VET FEE Help page.

all relevant Student information in figure 9.4.20d. After entering information,
Figure 9.4.20d should now appear as figure 9.4.20e.

Attended HEP:
Whether Higher Education Loan Program is attended or not.
CHESSN
Number: Unique identifier number known as Commonwealth Higher Education Student
Support Number.

Add in figure 9.4.20e. You will also have to enter Course related
information if not entered yet as shown in figure 9.4.20f.

all relevant VET Fee Help information in Information for VET Fee Help for
Selected Course section as shown in figure 9.4.20f.
9.4.20.8����� Finally
click  icon in figure 9.4.20f. VET FEE Help information
will be recorded as shown in figure 9.4.20g.

export the VET FEE Help related files by selecting reporting year, reporting
period and finally clicking .
