From this menu you can set up document upload information
which will be used by the system while the uploading documents in the final
step (step 5) of applying online offer. This enables college to set up
documents that are to be uploaded by the applicant while doing online
application. If no set up is done here, RTOmanager will not ask for documents
to upload in the final step of creating online offers. To do this,
follow the instructions below:
4.1.6.1�� Click
Admin>RTOmanager Setup>Offer Document Checklist as shown in figure
4.1.6a.

4.1.6.2 Enter/tick the information for the check list in
figure 4.1.6a. Figure 4.1.6a should now appear as shown in figure 4.1.6b.

In figure 14.1.6b, Document Name is
the name of the document (required to be uploaded in the final step of creating
online offers), the check box  �determines
that the files to be uploaded is compulsory to upload or not. The check box  �determines
whether or not the document is made active. Untill and unless it is active,
RTOmanager will not ask for this document to upload in its final step of
creating online offers. Finally RTOmanager will prompt the user to upload the
documents as per student origin. For example: evidence of IELTS may
mandatory for overseas students in Australia but may not be compusory for
domestic students.
4.1.6.3�� Finally click  �in
figure 4.1.6b. Your recently added information will appear in the list as shown
in figure 4.1.6c.

In figure 4.1.6c, the information within
red box infers that IELTS document is a compulsory document for overseas students
in Australia without which the user cannot complete the application process.
You can edit the Offer Document
Checklist by clicking the  �icon.
You will then see the option to Update as seen below in Figure 4.1.6d.
You can only edit the Red Highlightned field as shown in Figure 4.1.6d &
the Document Name. Then simply click on Update to save the
changes. You can also delete any document checklist by clicking the  �icon as shown in
Figure 4.1.6c.
