International students studying on student visa in Australia
must maintain overseas student health cover as one of the required. Normally
every student must have a student health cover for the whole duration of their
course. This section allows college to set up multiple OSHC service providers and
the fees for different duration. To set up overseas health insurance details
and provider, follow the instructions below:
4.1.4.1 Click Admin>RTOmanager
Setup>OSHC Info as shown in figure 4.1.4a. By default all the available
list of OSHC information will be displayed as shown in the figure below.

Note: Please observe that you
can now activate multiple providers at the same time as marked my blue circle
in figure 4.1.4a.
4.1.4.2 By clicking / icons
you can edit/delete the existing OSHC Info as shown in figure 4.1.4a.
4.1.4.3 To add new OSHC
Info, enter all the relevant information as indicated by the blue arrow in
figure 4.1.4a. Simply select Add New Provider from the drop down menu.
Figure 4.1.4a should now appear as shown in figure 4.1.4b.

In figure 4.1.4b Provider name refers to the name of
the Insurance Company providing the service. Select OSHC Type refers to
whether the insurance cover is for a single person or a family. OSHC
duration refers to the period of insurance cover for example: 3
months, 6 months, 12 months. Valid From, valid to are up to date
between which the insurance cover will be valid. OSHC fee is the cost of
the insurance cover as per the above mentioned criteria.
4.1.4.4 Finally click Add.
Your recently added overseas insurance information will be added in the list,
now you can simply select the new provider you have added which will show under
Setup Active Provider then click the provides you wish to add via the
checkbox then click Set Active.

Please note that you can set active more than one provider
by selecting �check
box in figure 4.1.4b. In figure 4.1.1b both AHM and Great Healthcare
are set as active providers.�
4.1.4.5�� To edit existing OSHC Service Providers
simply clickicon
under Action. Do note you can only edit the Fee, Once you have edited
the Fee simply click the green tick icon as seen below Figure 4.1.4c. To
delete an OSHC simply click theicon.
