9.4.3.1 Add Subjects to the Course ()
From this menu, once you add
course, you can also add or enrol subjects/units to the course. To do this,
follow the instructions below:
9.4.3.1.1 Go to Student Profile Summary page and click the Course
�icon to go to Student Course List section. �You will
arrive at the page as shown in figure 9.4.3.1a.

9.4.3.1.2 Upon clicking the icon you
will be taken to the student subject enrolment page. Here you can enrol the
student for a subject and module as per the course structure that the student
is enrolled in.
Find the course for which you want to add subjects. Example:
Diploma of Business and click �icon as shown in figure 9.4.3.1a. You will go to the page
as in figure 9.4.3.1b

9.4.3.1.3 Select/enter all the relevant information of
subjects as shown in Figure 9.4.3.1b. Here you can select the semester (that
the calendar study period), term (semester division or study period division),
type of enrolment (by Course Stage � enrol all subjects in the course structure
stage or by particular subject), timetabled batch (or class), special condition,
study identifier and funding source.
Please Note: Depending
on the �Type of Enrolment� you select e.g. �Course Stage� or �Subject�
you will have different fields which you can select e.g. batch will be
available if you select �Subject� as the Type of Enrolment.
Alternatively student may be enrolled in bulk via the Bulk
Enrolment section under Compliance�
Group Management menu tab.
9.4.3.1.4 Once you have select relevant information for
subject enrolment then click to
complete the enrolment process.
