Refund history allows you to view history of all refunds
made to students and agents. To view Refund history, follow the instructions
below:

to the student payment summary page as shown in figure 14.1.12a.

Refund History as marked by red circle in figure 14.1.12a. You will go
to Refund History page as shown in figure 14.1.12b.

Note: Please observe
that in figure 14.1.12b, there is only payment history for student payment
refund and not for miscellaneous payment refund. This means that there is no
any refund transaction for miscellaneous payment yet.
You can also modify or delete the payment history by
clicking  �/ icon as
shown in figure 14.1.12b. Please also observe that there is  �icon
which will let you generate the student refund receipt where as  icon will let you generate Agent refund invoice.
