From this menu you can view student�s attendance by
selecting different criteria like student�s full attendance, attendance by
subject and attendance by class and attendance by percentage. To do this,
follow the instructions below:
9.4.13.1 Go to Student Profile page as shown in figure
9.4.13a.

Click  �icon as shown in
figure 9.4.13b. You will go to the Student Attendance History page as
shown in figure 9.4.13c. By default Full attendance of the student is displayed
in the list as shown in figure 9.4.13c.

You can also view student�s �Attendance Type� by
selecting different criteria from drop down
menus as marked in red above in figure 9.4.13c.

Please Note: You can
edit the �Attendance Type� for �View Attendance by Class Timetable� by
simply clicking on the edit  icon as indicated by the red arrow
above in figure 9.4.13e. However you can only edit the fields, Other Hrs,
Weekly Class Hrs & Comment.
View Total Percentage � This option allows generating
a certificate using the system by simply clicking icon  �as indicated by
the red arrow below in figure 9.4.13f.

We will explain the following icons as seen below in figure
9.4.13g. These icons were also seen in the previous figures above.

 �- This will allow you to search
for other students �Attendance History� without having to visist the
actual students profile summary page then going to attendance from there. Enter
in Students ID in the field and click on  �as seen below in figure 9.4.13h.

Once you click on �you will then be taken to the
students e.g. 20140003 �Attendance History� page without having
to leave this page.
 �- This icon will simply take you
back to the �Students Profile Summary Page� from the �Attendance
History� page.
 �- This icon will generate a �chart�
based on your selection for the Value for X axis & Value for X
axis. Please refer below in figure 9.4.13i
