From this menu you can add student�s attendance online on
daily or weekly basis. To do this, follow the instructions below:
15.1.1.1 Once
you have logged in to RTOmanager, hover your mouse over Compliance main
menu and click Attendance Management as shown in figure 15.1a.
You will then be taken to the Daily Attendance Roll section as shown
below.

15.1.1.2 Click Add Class Attendance (Daily/Weekly) in
figure 15.1a. You will go to the page as shown in figure 15.1b.

15.1.1.3 Select the course type, semester, term-week, day
and class from the drop down menu as shown above in figure 15.1b.

Finally click �in figure 15.1b.
You will go to the attendance check list page as shown in figure 15.1c.

Please note that the teacher/marker also has the option to
print the student�s list in paper by clicking �icon as shown in figure 15.1c and marking the attendance in the
beginning of the class, middle of the class or at the end of the class. You may
filter the display of the student list in figure 15.1c by selecting different
criteria from Filter by status drop down menu as shown in figure
15.1d.
15.1.1.5 Tick
the check boxes for students who has attended segment of the class (for e.g.
8:00AM-10:00AM) etc as shown in figure 15.1c. Do not tick the check box for the
students who have not attended the class as indicated by green circles.
15.1.1.6 At
the end of the class, click in figure 15.1c
to calculate total hours student has attended for that class. The total number
of hours attended is shown below �in figure 15.1d.

finally, click �in figure
15.1c. You will receive a confirmation message in green Attendance roll
recorded successfully as shown in figure 15.1d.

To modify the attendance you will need to
click the �icon which enables
you to check/uncheck the check boxes, and click �again
in figure 15.1d and click. Click icon to export
the above attendance list to pdf file.
To also edit the times, as in some cases the class may run
from 9am to 11am but the student needs to leave early at 10am. So to edit the
time frame simply click on the icon first then
click on the icon which will
enable you to edit the times as seen below in figure in 15.1e

Simply tick the checkbox for
the time frame section you would like to edit then select the new time. Once
you have selected the correct new times simply click in the green tickicon then click on then

students who have there status as �Current Student� and must be enrolled
into a class/batch.
