18.7.9.1����� Click CRM>Set
Up>Know From as shown in figure below.

18.7.9.2 Enter the Know From you
want to create for e.g. Site in figure 18.7.9a. Figure 18.7.8a should
now appear as in figure 18.7.9b.

18.7.9.3 Finally click in
figure 18.7.9b. Recently added Know From will appear in
the list as shown in figure 18.7.9c.

Note: You can delete
the Know From by clicking  icon in figure
18.7.9c.
