Added Service Info
From this menu you can set up all the preliminary
information for additional Service provided by the college directly or via
other companies such as home stay fee, airport pick up fee, guardianship fee.
To set up Added Service Info follow the instructions below:
4.1.5.1 Click Admin>RTOmanager
Setup>Added Service Info as shown in figure 4.1.5a. By default all the
available list of services will be displayed as shown within red boxed area in
figure below.

4.1.5.2 By clicking /
icons you can edit/delete the existing Services as shown in figure 4.1.5a.
4.1.5.3 To add new
services in the list, select the service name () from
the drop down menu as shown in figure 4.1.5b.

4.1.5.4 Enter the service
fee for e.g. 75.00 as shown in figure 4.1.5b.
4.1.5.5 Finally click �in figure 4.1.5b.
Your recently added service will appear as shown within red boxed area in
figure 4.1.5c.

�You can also edit/delete the existing services by clicking /
icons as shown in figure 4.1.5b. Please set up this
information before using RTOmanager.
