This section allows you to setup and manage intake dates for
the courses. Once setup done, intake dates will appear during the 5-step
application process for the courses selected. This is also linked with offer
letter section, student course section as well. To set up intake dates for a
particular course or multiple courses, follow the instructions below:

Once you have logged in to RTOmanager, click Courses>Intake Dates as
shown in figure 7.6a. By default you will go the page as shown in figure 7.6a.

Select �Campus�. Example: �Campus 2� from the drop down menu as shown
above in figure 7.6a

Select �Course Type�. Example: �ELICOS� from the drop down menu as shown
above in figure 7.6a

Select �All Course� or �Selected Course� as shown above in figure 7.6a.
If you select �All Courses� then by default all the courses are automatically
selected as shown in figure 7.6a. However, if you select �Selected Courses� then
you will have to select the individual course as per your requirement

Select �year�. Example: �2014� from the drop down menu as shown above in
figure 7.6a.

Select Intake Date from the date picker for e.g. �12/07/2014� you can
also select all of them or a few depending on your intakes per requirement. See
below in figure 7.6b

Finally click �Add�. Then the system calculates the finish dates based
on the course duration for each course selected and can be edited if needed
based from the Intake List dates as shown in figure 7.6c. The �View by year�
section is great to filter or narrow down what intake dates to edit or
delete as indicated below by a red box in figure 7.6c

To edit the dates and other information or delete, simply click the / icons as shown above in figure
7.6c under �Action�. The fields that are highlighted by a red box can be
edited as seen below in figure 7.6d. Simply click the icon to save
changes.

Tip: When adding
intake dates for VET or Short Courses there is only 1 intake date to enter,
ELICOS is based on each week as an intake date. Please refer to below figure
7.6e. Also Census Date if specified basically means the date by which
all your enrolment arrangements must be finalised and the last day to enrol for
the course.
