16.2 Letters
From this menu you will be able to generate letters as per
predefined format and send automatically to selected students. To do this, follow the instructions below:
16.2.1 Once
you have logged in to RTOmanager, click Reports on the main menu. By
default you will go to the generate reports page as shown in figure 16.2a.

in figure 16.2a. You will go to the Generate Letter page as shown in
figure 16.2b.

16.2.3 Select
the desired letter you want to send in the figure 16.2c. Figure 16.2b should
now appear as shown in figure 16.2c.

Finally click. The list of student matching the
criteria will be displayed as shown in figure 16.2d (only one student matching
the criteria in this case).

16.2.5 Select
the student that you want to send letter and tick all the check boxes as per
your requirement as shown in figure 16.2d. Ensuring everything is selected/checked,
click. The letter will be automatically
despatched to the student, recorded in the communication log.
Tip: You have various options to select before
sending the letter as seen below in figure 16.2e. Select to your choosing by
simply ticking the checkbox

Note: To export letters current data to excel click �and
to export in CSV click as indicated by the blue arrows in the
above figure 16.1c
Similarly you can select any letter available in the
dropdown menu in figure 16.2b to generate letters of your choice. Also note
that if there are no letters in the drop down menu then a user who has the
rights to create letters (sadmin) should first create letter templates and
setup initially from Report main menu. Please note that this option is only
available for sadmin user.
