10.4.3 Results
-Not Send Request
From this menu you can view the student�s response
(student�s survey) to the questionnaire that you have activated in section
10.4.2 (Evaluation Form Activation). To view Evaluation Results
(student�s response to the survey), follow the instructions below:
10.4.3.1 Once
you have logged in to RTOmanager, click Communications>Survey Management>Results(not
Send Request) as shown in figure 10.4.3a.

10.4.3.2 After clicking on �Results(Not Send Request�)�
as marked in red box in figure 10.4.3b. You will go to the View Survey
Results page as shown in figure 10.4.3c.

Select course type for which you want to view survey results.
Example: ELICOS as shown in figure 10.4.3b

Select the semester for which you want to view the survey. Example: ELICOS,2014
as shown in figure above.

Select the form name for which you want to view the survey. Example: VET
Evaluation from the drop down menu. Form name is actually the online
evaluation form which you have activated in section 10.4.2.

Select the course type for which you want to view the survey. Example: ELICOS
as shown in figure 10.4.3b.
10.4.2.7� Enter
in the Start & Finish Dates as seen above in figure 10.4.3b

Finally click . List of
survey results will be displayed in the list as shown in figure 10.4.3c.

10.4.2.9� To
view the answers/results of the students simply click the icon as
indicated by the red arrow above in figure 10.4.3c. A window will pop up like
the one below in figure 10.4.3d
Please note: As you
can see  �under �Evaluation
Results for Radio Question� reason why this is showing is because the
survey which we setup did not include any radio questions to select, however if
the survey contains radio questions/answers they will appear under here.

You can enter in �Admin Comments� in the field highlighted
in red above in figure 10.4.3d, simply click on  �to
save changes. You can also export current data by simply clicking on  �button.
We will explain the three icons which are highlighted in
blue box as previously above in figure 10.4.3c,

Survey- Forms Activation�

takes you to the section �10.4.4 AQTF Results� which we will
