13.1.1.4 Trainer Matrix

From this menu you can associate individual teacher�s knowledge level or their expertise with a particular course or subject. This simply means linking their knowledge level with a particular subject/course. To do this, follow the instructions below:

13.1.1.4.1����� Click Teacher in the main menu as in figure 13.1.1.4a. By default you will go to the Manage Teacher/Trainers page and list of all active existing teachers will appear as shown in figure 13.1.1.4a.

13.1.1.4.2����� Click icon indicated by blue arrow in figure 13.1.1.4a. You will go to the Trainer Profile Summary Home page as shown in figure 13.1.1.4b.

13.1.1.4.3����� Click icon in figure 13.1.1.4b. You will go to the Teacher/Trainer Matrix page as shown in figure 13.1.1.4c.

13.1.1.4.4����� Select the Course, Subject and the Knowledge level for your selected teacher for e.g. Bob Robson in this case as shown in figure 13.1.1.4c.

13.1.1.4.5����� After selection, click.

13.1.1.4.6����� You can also delete subjects from the teacher matrix section that a teacher may no longer teach by simply clicking the icon as shown above in figure 13.1.1.4c
