15.1.4 Bulk Attendance
From this menu the user can record the attendance in bulk at
the end of the week instead of daily (however the administration should have
information about the student�s daily attendance for that week). To do this,
follow the instructions below:

Click Compliance>Bulk Attendance as shown in figure below. By
default you will go to Bulk Add/Update Student Attendance Weekly page as
in figure 2.
Note: You may click (in
figure 1) to record the attendance by subject instead of weekly.

Select course type, Course, Year, semester, terms and week as
shown in figure 2.

Click �to
display list of student matching the criteria as shown in figure 3.

Select the students whose attendance you want to mark by ticking
the check box as in figure 3.

Enter Class hours, study hours, other hours and remarks in figure
3.

Finally click to
record attendance of all the students selected in one go or click one by
one for every student to record the attendance.
