Before entering task results, task assessments must be
entered in to the system for individual class. This will allow then the system
to bring the student list as per selected class (class is a combination of
subject timetabled in semester/term, and identified by a unique batch). To do
this, follow the instructions below:
15.3.2.1 Once
you have logged in to RTOmanager, hover your mouse over Compliance main menu
and click Academic Progress as shown in figure 15.3.2a. You will go
to the page as shown in figure 15.3.2b

click Academic Progress submenu as shown in figure 15.3.2a. By default
you will go to Task Entry (setting up assessment marking and weighting for
study period) page as shown in figure 15.3.2b.

Select the appropriate class by selecting the course type, year, semester,
subject, Class, Teacher & whether to allow weightage to be more than
100%, as shown above in figure 15.3.2b. Once class is selected it will then
list of all available tasks as setup in the system (Assignment1 ) for
the selected subject and course type will appear in the list as shown in figure
15.3.2b.

Select/enter the required task, units, Due Date and Time by ticking the
check box for the task as per your requirement as shown in figure 15.3.2b.�
Selecting units is for the clustered subject/module and defining that the
assessment is linked to access the unit of competency that is part of the
subject/module.
15.3.2.5 If
application (in case of marks grading), enter marks and weight as
shown in figure 15.3.2b.
Note: The assessments will be auto populated such
as marks, pass marks etc. based on the previous setup under �Setup
Assessment Task�, however this section allows you to modify any changes if necessary.

Finally click �icon to add the assessment marking (Assignment1). Your
recently added assessment details will appear in the list as marked in red box
in figure 15.3.2c.

You also have option to set up elements of unit or
competency by clicking �icon
in figure 15.3.2c and following the prompt. To edit the assessment details
click icon
in figure 15.3.2c. Click icon
to view results entry or enter results for particular task name for e.g.
Assignment1, periodically this icon basically takes you to the �Task
Results Entry� section which we explain down below. You can also delete the
assessment which you added by clicking the �icon
shown in figure 15.3.2c.
When clicking the edit �icon
you will see a pop up window like the one below in figure 15.3.2d, this allows
you to edit the assessment, once done simply click onbutton.
