Manage orientation allows you to record the student
orientation and convert the attended student from Enrolled status to Current
Student status after they attend the orientation. This is to ensure that you
can update their status as bulk and also can see any student who might not have
come to orientation. You can also send either email or SMS to students to
ensure that all the students have received information about orientation and
the orientation pack. To use the feature, follow the instruction below:
15.6.1 Once
you have logged in to RTOmanager, point your mouse on Compliance and
click Manage Orientation. Upon clicking the following page will appear
as shown in figure 15.6a.

15.6.2 Enter/select all the necessary information as shown
in figure 15.6a.
15.6.3 Tick the check box to select
the student of your interest as shown in figure 15.6a. Now depending upon
whether you want to send email or SMS, tick the check
box. If you have selected SMS to send the message your figure will be something
like as follows.

15.6.4 Type
the message you want to send the students and click. Your
message will be sent to all the intended recipients.
Similarly you can also send emails to all
the intended students by selecting check box
in figure 15.6b.
You can select �Attended Orientation� as YES
or NO for recording keeping.
Once you have sent any Emails/SMS to students you can
convert �Enrolled� Students to �Current� Students by simply
clicking on.
